My complaint:
Order placed May 9th said to arrive by July 4th. Item has not arrived. When asked for refund, Wish immediately issued a partial refund. I was told that I would have to resubmit after August 8th for the remaining balance of my purchase price.
I did not get my order and I want the total charged against my paypal account to be refunded now.
I am a first time customer and don’t have a good feeling about this company’s ability to perform a simple task like sending what they charged me for.
Suggested solution:
Immediately issue a credit back to my paypal account for the remaining balance of the charges they took from me when I ordered the item.
