My complaint:

Never received my rug from wish. It was 22.00 dollars for that alone. I kept getting new arrival dates and I reached out to support multiple times and never could get anywhere with it and there’s no real person to speak with!! I have ordered many times before and I have never had an issue. And now it’s saying I can’t get a refund?! When u have tried many times to get my item and now I’m out of my money?? And my item? So basically they have taken the money and have not given the item I paid for!
