My complaint:
I placed an order with Geek Wish in November. They said it would be delivered 1216, I was not holding my breath with the pandemic and delays I had seen. Supposedly would then be delivered 1218, then it said it was in LAX, then back to China, then it has been delivered 11821 – WRONG! And when I told them that they said to do an inquiry and processed a refund, then locked my account for requesting too many refunds. NOW….I am not eligible for a refund and have RECEIVED NOTHING from my entire order and now I am beyond their 30-day refund window – despite constant and consistent correspondence with them from day 1!
