My complaint:
It’s been several months since someone has hacked into my account. It’s a totally different language. I can’t understand it to understand what’s being said. I haven’t been on the site since and I thought I closed it, but it still open. Yes, orders have been placed on it and charged to my card.
Suggested solution:
Whatever needs to be done to protect my information and any future orders that I need to place. And, I will not add a photo.
