My complaint:

I ordered my stuff the first of December and the estimated date of arrival was the first of January which is a month and that’s fine but I STILL have not got my stuff. This happens almost EVERY time I order something and I’m over it.

Suggested solution:

Work faster. Try to resolve the problem. And if I don’t get it in the next week I want my money back.
