My complaint:

First I order cuckoo clock they Told me the company they got was out of it.they told me they gave me a refund I have not received it they said they send it to my account on the 28 never received it,then they I canceled did I canceled it I did not told me to go to the payment center I did no respond I have a new Visa card and still want let me order I called my bank they said it nothing wrong with my card the problem is wish please help me
