My complaint:

I ordered a BLACK SOSO SNEAKERS for men size 41. It was too big so I ask to return it. They sent me a return label I ‘mailed it to them 06032021 via USPS I paid for delivery everything. When I checked the tracking number it showed it was delivered on 6072021. Until this day wish and their support team kept telling me to send the label and receipt tracking details I did that and they’re still giving me the run around and wouldn’t refund me my $31.80 even though they already got their SNEAKERS BACK IN HAND.I mailed it to wish return center in Leandro in California and up to this moment when you email them they emailing you back and telling you to send the receipt and Item ID. It doesn’t matter how much times you send what they ask for they’re not giving you back your refund. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE WHEN YOU ARE BUYING YOU CANT OWE THEM YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM SO WHY WHEN ITS TIME TO REFUND PEOPE MONEY ITS A PROBLEM?
WISH AND ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A HUGE SCAM. THEY’RE SAYING ONCE THEY RECEIVED TGE ITEM RETURNED THEY WILL REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. NO TRUTH TO THAT THEY ALREADY GOT THE SNEAKERS 28 days AND THEY’RE WAITING TO DRAG IT OUT TO 30 DAYS SO THEY CAN SAY YOU CANT GET REFUND BECAUSE OF THEIR 30Days Policy. I WIL SUE WISH TRUST!!

Suggested solution:

MY TRACKING NUMBER PROVE IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WISH RETURN CENTER SO WISH COMPANY NEED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY OR THEY WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER.
