My complaint:

I ordered an item back in May 2020 and have not received it yet. They told me it would be here in June the July. Now by August 21. It’s now August 27 and still nothing. They had no problem taking my money right away. I know the virus slowed things down but three months is way too long. Other people have ordered from Wish and got their product. I want to know where mine is. People from Wish stop responding to me so that’s making this situation even worse. Poor customer service!

Suggested solution:

They need to track my item and find out exactly where it is. If they can’t they need to credit me back in full!
