My complaint:
Dear Sir Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: SIr I have order Mobile phone
on November 23rd 2019 Through online i have paid full amount. Ath the
time they have ed my order will be received on 04th January
2020. I have several time to track my order through online which has
provide WISH that is not updated properly after 27th December 2019
tracking is not updated properly . When i am trying to contact Wish
csutomer care No-Wish.com Customer Care Number 000 800 040 1723.. Its
simply saying by auto recording voice send mail to Wish support i have
given several reminder to wish support they have not respond properly
and they simpkly replay plz check tracker the tracker not updated
after27th Decemebr 2019. Wehn i am asking same think by mail replay
they replay same defaiult messeges afte last 5th January 2020 i have
received mail from WISH orer has little bit delay it wil delived
before January 11th 2020. AGaina my aorder has not received again i
replyed mail agsin they replied my order will be received 12th January
2020 refund will be not possible order already on the way . They are
not provide proper genuine replay of my product

They not are not replaying mails every time they telling it will take 14days last 7 months they telling same story till date i have not received my item and my refund also not received
