My complaint:

I had an serious issue at my residence leading me to have a stroke so I haven’t been there since 1st week of January so I haven’t received any of my order

Suggested solution:

For now I want a full refund of
my purchases from January through February added back to my card. I do plan to reorder n the near future. I'm n a nursing how now recovering from a stroke which was cause from living at that residence. I sent a email back then stating I was no longer living there which on my tracker it was in California at that time giving you enough time to abort the order. Thsnks for understanding
