My complaint:
I have informed WISH 20 times that someone is buying from my account. First they bought an item that was delivered to my account. Now they have changed the address to one in Russia and they are trying to buy things from my account. I can not close the account, as they owe me money from this purchases. I had to cancel my cards and it is affecting my mental health. They are not doing anything, it is costing me money and NO ONE DOES ANYTHING. I have contacted them numerous times and they HAVE DONE NOTHING!
Suggested solution:
They need to pay me the money the own me to my personal bank account, as the details have been changed due to having to cancel my cards. ALL MY MONEY FROM THE RETURN ITEM, THE WISH CASH and the money I spend on sending the items back. After my money is with me, they can close my account and I will never ever buy anything from them.
