I ordered a bedspread back in March, and attempted to let Wish know several times it had not arrived. Wish only refunded $1242.00. I though it was really coming, and ordered several other items…Nothing has been received, and the e-mail communication has been terrible. I now fear you are just taking my money and have no plans to really deliver anything! I had re-ordered the bedspread again and paid for it again because I really wanted it and the other items ordered. I still don’t know what is really going on. I have been asked if items were received and said No, because they had not been delivered. Yesterday I received pillows to match the bedspread I never received.
1. They could have communicated, better and more ly and at least tried to track the initial lost bedspread. Since it was never delivered, and you were told multiple times; I don\'t thing I should just loose $30.00
2. Is there any real intention to deliver the remaining items ordered? If the aren\'t received, who can I contact to get my money back, or at least feel an effort is being made to rectify the problem?
3. Your company is appearing to avoid phone contact to resolve problems like this, and it makes things look even worse. I would like someone to actually contact me by either e-mail or phone.
