Hello, I have shopped on wish.com website through their app, many transactions this past 7 months. Most of my items i received on orders made after August 2020, but items I ordered for the first time, to this day I have not received and I been paid for them. Every time I contact customer service, which not a person or actual number to contact, it takes me in circles saying ‘this item is no longer available for refund. See our refund policy.’ I have a total of $40.00 of items not accounted for. 4 doesn’t even show delivered while my sneakers show delivered when I went to post office and address for delivery and there is no such address. I had updated my address but the sent shoes to wrong zip code. I’ve been complaining about the issue with wish and get no help. They didn’t even contact me back, but still take my card for shopping. The issue is I can only upload one photo. I have photo of sneakers paid for that they claim shows delivered. The post office proved that there was no deliverable address and they didn’t receive sneakers at all. The picture included shows summers sandals ordered paid for but never delivered.
