Complaint: Multiple failures to deliver item

My complaint:

I bought 2 items on 3rd May. 1 arrived when expected but the other still has not arrived. They said it was expected to ship within 3 days of May 7th and the tracking function said it was shipped on 9th May. 2 delivery dates have now passed and all I’m told is that there has been a delay. I asked for a refund but was rejected as the item had already been shipped. Terrible service and worse customer relations. I will never use Wish again and should have just used Amazon in the first place.

Either deliver the item very soon or refund me.
