My complaint:
I ordered a product, and received a totally different color and size. The size tag was missing, and it almost looked like the tag has been removed (torn off). When I contacted customer service with photos and proof, the only response I received was a request (AGAIN) to send a picture of the tag to prove I was sent the wrong size. It was as if my complaint and first photos were never looked at (also, the shirt was the wrong color and pattern, which was reason enough for a refund). I have RESENT the photosproof SEVERAL times, and have never heard back since or sent a refund. This is infuriating.
Suggested solution:
I just need a refund for the shirt and shipping.
