My complaint:

ordered an item from wish back in sept 24th ( transaction 5JV15212WG598625B)was charged 20.00( invoice 5f6bb8014ea618c211d1d50) never received item so i ordered the item again they say it has been shipped i want a refund back in my account from the first time 20.00 to be exact, please email me when its done thank you.
