My complaint:
I would like to register my complaint with you as I am very frustrated with your non professional service that has wasted my precious time, energy and mental health. I have been going through such mental stress with you not responding and following up with the complaint that I have registered manier times to WISH and KLARNA at the same time. Klarna has been sending me emails with penalties to pay for the above order that I have not received and had returned the same day of delivery to your representative. Since then Klarna has been sending me emails adding a penalty of approx 1.20 Euro as a reminder fee with the original value. What kind of stupid service is this from your side that I have been registering the complaint on the emails mentioned online to reach you and Klarna but there has been no response. I, to avoid this inconvenience and the mental frustration you have caused me, have submitted the payment against the order that I have never received from you. Next time I would along with all my friends and family circle won’t order any stuff worth even a single cent from your website just because of your non professional and unethical behavior.
Suggested solution:
I would like you to return my cash that I have paid for the order that was never delivered to me. (Euros 23.39)
