My complaint:
authorised one of wishes suss deals for the first transaction of the day! And was subsequently charged for it without any ation , no OTP nothing , I only looked at articles but never authorised to purchase whatsoever!!! As I selected the buy now option on the one and only item for rs7383.I noticed a huge glitch in the website which was a bit odd I thought at the time but didn’t even realise what had eventuated until my debit card was declined at fuel station leaving me embarrassed, inconvenienced and to say the least at a loss of how to pay for the fuel now with charges pending for failure to pay!!
Suggested solution:
Clearly need to fix the problem with website or perhaps they like it that way but I need to be reimbursed fully immediately in full for all transactions unapproved!! Or I will be seeking compensation for all my costs incurred including interest and legal costs in recovering such from WISH.COM!!
