My complaint:
My name is Denise Manzo and I have not received 23 items from Wish that I ordered and paid for on June 23rd 2020. I have been reaching out to them since October 1st 2020 to find out if they would be able to refund my credit card and have gotten no where with them. Now when I contact them they are stating that I had until October 30th 2020 to get a refund which I have numerous email correspondence from then dating back to October 6th 2020.
There is no live person that I can speak to.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be refunded for the merchandise I never received as well as the damaged merchandise.
GRAND TOTAL OF REFUND SHOULD BE $175.99
