My complaint:

I bought parcel that worth more than three thousand in 2017,after realising that it hasn’t reached me on the date it was mentioned,I then contacted Wish and then I was told by the agent that it’s on the way,then I checked with the Post office and then they told me that it’s at Customs waiting to be delivered,I waited and waited, nothing came ,I then reported to Wish again but to no avail,I spoke to different agents from Wish who never bothered to resolve the problem or try to Trace the parcel, I was left with no answer but only told about what their Policy says that I was suppose to report in 30days, of which I did that way before 30days period,now I was stuck with the problem and every time I contact Wish I get a new agent who will tell me the same thing that the previous one has said but no one tried to resolve the issue, they don’t even check their communication with you to see where they left of before they answer you, they just answer and tell you what the Policy says, I’m frustrated because I’m not getting help and I have lost a lot of money with this company and now I need to be refunded.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my money or replace the parcel and this time when they send they must make sure they send via a Courier service company and Courier straight to my doorstep.
