My complaint:
I ordered 2 dresses from wish your email said it was shipped but it’s five days later and nothing has arrived. This is totally unacceptable, then you have no live person or way of speaking with anyone. this is not how you do business. this is to inform you that I am turning the matter over to my bank as fraud by your company. I wish to close my business and will not reorder nor refer you. My order ID is 5f1Cdb8ca6974e166070e52e, this info was received on 72520. Please issue a refund as I am filing with my credit card company. Thank you Mary .
