My complaint:
I emailed WISH customer service regarding my most recent order, an outdoor bench missing hardware from the torn package inside the box. They responded with: At this time, any requests can only be placed within Wish and cannot be supported through email:
1. Go to your Order History
2. Click ‘Item Details’ for the item you’re inquiring about
3. Click ‘Contact Support’ at the bottom of the page
4. Follow the s through Wish Assistant to submit your refund request
My Order History shows NO ORDERS PLACED, so I am not able to do what they suggest and I can’t get ahold of anyone that can help after several attempts and Im afraid my refund window will close before i can get help if at all. So as of now I can’t put this bench together.
Suggested solution:
Would like them to send me a new package of hardware or at least the few missing nuts, bolts and washers for the $135 I spent.
