My complaint:
hi i was waiting on 5 parcels from wish to be delivered then on tuesday i came home and there was a card through my letterbox off a hermes courier saying over back gate well i live in a first floor flat i do not have a back gate so i tracked my parcels on hermes website and there was a photo of them by the back gate of the property below what is down a entry so i went and looked over there back gate as there is nobody living in the property so i could not know when i looked there was no parcels there at all also the courier should not be throwing parcels over anybody’s back gate exposed to weather or other people i have trained to contact hermes about this and had no reply also the same with wish
Suggested solution:
i want this resolving by getting a refund for my 5 missing parcels and i want the hermes courier in question to be warned about doing this as this has happened twice now
