My complaint:

Misrepresented the delivery charge and no mention of direct delivery out of China. Expected delivery between Oct 620 and Nov 20

No mention of the delivery time of up to 4 months!! All computer generated responses no way to actually discuss problem. On of the auto replies is “Never Mind” I have never seen any company act like this!!

Suggested solution:

Refund money! This is a very deceitful company based in the USA, don’t try and pretend to compete
With legitimate companies like amazon that can contact you.
