Complaint: Misleading customers, products ship from china not from company in SF, CA

My complaint:

I ordered the merchandise on May 18, 2020, I know the company is in San Francisco, I didn’t know the products will be ship from China until now, I learned that they ship all of my order from China.
Due to the Covid-19 I don’t want to received anything from the international shipment. Please cancel all of my orders and refund back to my credit card.
It’s is the company’s fault misleading customers, the company should warning to customers that products will be ship from oversea at the time customers place an orders, but the company just reveal it on the date of the shipping that my orders is on the way from China. With the shipping charge only couple buck make the customers no doubt about products ship from oversea.

They have tel number but when I call they don’t answer, just email. Why they do business that way? with their link I can’t cancel it and I ask them to cancel and refund back to my credit card but so far I don’t see the refund back to my credit card.
