My complaint:
The photo shows 28 packs of tooth-whitening strips, all spread out on the table like a fan. Cost: $3.00. I’ve seen them in stores ( pack of 28) for around $6.00, so I purchased them. I got TWO STRIPS in the mail ! TWO ! They MISLEAD me to believe I WAS GETTING a box of 28, just like the photo shows ! Rip-OFF ! I went back and re-read the ad. It says “4 pieces2 packages”; It DOESNT specify you are only actually getting “2 -STRIPS” !!!
Suggested solution:
WISH must NOT show photos of items NOT INCLUDED in the ACTUAL ORDER ! If they’re selling TWO White-Strips, SHOW, ONLY two White-Strips, NOT a full box of 28 ! When you sell a 1-bed house, you don’t show a photo of a huge 6 bedroom house ! It makes the buyer think that’s what they’re getting ! It’s BAIT SWITCH, it’s UNETHICAL !
