My complaint:
This is the 3rd time that I have been screwed over by Wish.
First, I ordered a drill and The next day I saw that my order had been cancelled with this explanation. “Limited Quantity Deal: Unfortunately, your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order.” Sep 20, 2020. Order : 5f65f4556b8a28f3cf40389f.
Then I ordered a bag, again I received a message that my order had been cancelled. “Limited Quantity Deal: Unfortunately, your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order.” Sept 20… Order : 5f65a2fac639ad582570a3bb. It was part of a multiple order.
Finally, I ordered a chair. I was being rushed by the website to get the order in. I was excited to get the chair and it finally arrived and I found out that it was a PICTURE of a chair. I am extremely pissed off. Because I had just moved into a new place and was trying to rebuild my life… I was looking forward to getting that chair, after waiting I finally got notification that it had arrived and all I found was a picture of a chair. I am also going to file this complaint with complain.biz.
Suggested solution:
Honor what they advertise or make it clear that this is a scam business.
