My complaint:
I place a order with wish back in March early March so they reply by saying my order would arrive by May 12th so ok May 12th came and no package mine you were wait long enough already so May 12th no package I texted them and told them I want a refund I’ve contacted them several times and rite now today they still have not contacted me back I’ve been a customer with wish for a long time and this is a really bad way to do a paying customer I want my money back on my card now they are saying May 27 th and they text that I think the 23rd I want my money back
Suggested solution:
Put my money back on my card are i will contact my
attorney this is not a way to handle business and feel like my money was stolen they took my money but I don’t have the merchandise i want my money back
