My complaint:
Unpackaged the glasses and turned on lights. Instructions said it comes with a small amount of charge. We inserted the charger and the red light came on to show it was fully charged. Took it off the charger and the lights will not light.
Suggested solution:
Either show me how to correct the problem or replace the glasses
