My complaint:
ON OCTOBER 20, 2020, I ORDERED SOME FISHING LINE, LIKE I HAD BEFORE. IT WAS TO ARRIVE 10, 29 2020. MY APP SAYS IT IS SILL IN FULFILLMENT PROCESS, THE OTHER ITEMS ON THAT ORDER, DELIVERED TIMELY. I HAVE CONTACTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT OVER 50 TIME, IN THE APP AND IN EMAILS. i GET A NICE NOTE, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. I’M OUT FOR THE LINE AND SHIPPING, I HAVE JUST HIT A BRICK WALL WITH THEM.

JUST CANCEL THIS LOST ORDER AND GIVE ME CREDIT.
