My complaint:

Fedex and wish are saying I got a package on april 17th at 5:50pm. No such delivery occured according to the front desk security. I made both parties aware of this and they keep refferring me to each other. They are requesting proof that the package did not get to me but how does one prove that something didn’t come? After hassling Fedex (10 calls later) they finally told me that Wish needs to file for a loststolen package. I have been trying to get their automated robot to understand that it needs to file and not me, but it does not listen. Please assist.

Suggested solution:

I need wish to file to fedex that I want to either get a refund or for them to find my package. Wish is basically refusing to do this.
