My complaint:
I purchased the item on 15th of April. Pick up on 10th of May. They will notify me if my item it’s already in the store. Until now I’ll waiting for my order. If you want to assist they will say if you can’t wait they will return. I don’t like that comment. I would like to know why it’s too long to wait.
Suggested solution:
I don’t like wish support assistance coz it didn’t help. I don’t want refund. I want an answer why it’s too long. It’s already in transit on 5th of May.
