My complaint:

I have ordered numerous order from over 3 months ago and given false information and incorrect delivery dates. They are quick to take money from your account but slow on the delivery. I have made numerous enquiries on delayed order and I was informed they are in uk transit then in following enquiries the items have not left China then I get excuses that short staff due to covid 19.. i am not happy as orders are coming from the heart of the coronavirus then I’m told shipping or air problem. This clearly has to stop. Now I will be contacting my legal representative and media regarding wish due to items coming from China. And I would like full compensation and refund for the 3 months delay. They state all order should be received in so many working days and thats not happening. Its false information. I have documented the items I was waited for weeks on end and delivery dates seem to change i would like to receive compensation and a refund a.s.a.p as I will not use wish again as its false advertisement

getting compensation and refund for the long delay on face dust mask blue business suit and computer hard drive I have all the delayed proof backed up and saved on my email.
