My complaint:

I ordered a gift that was stated to arrive between the dates of Dec 22 and Dec 28th. So according to Wish, December 28th at the latest. I was visiting a different state at the time and gave that address for the package to be delivered since I would be there until Dec. 30th. On the 30th when I left (already 2 days past when they said it would be delivered), the package still hadn’t arrived. When I got back to my home state, I received a notification that it had been delivered on Jan 2nd. I didn’t care at that point since it was so late and I was long gone from that location they delivered it to. I told Wish this entire situation and how I didn’t receive the gift I had ordered because Wish had given me false information on the arrival date. Had I known it would take so long to arrive I would have given my home address or not ordered it at all. They keep closing my case without addressing the fact that though it was delivered, it was not delivered to me because I am no longer at that address!

Give me a refund for the package I didn't receive due to their false delivery date.
