Wish complaint: Lack of customer services

My complaint:

I have contacted Wish repeatedly about my issues, by ‘customer support’ thru the app and by email. I have detailed my issue in a way that is very easy to grasp. I have done this almost daily for weeks now. Nothing happens. You don’t even try to solve my problem.
I will again state my cases.
I DID NOT ORDER THE FOLLOWING ITEM:

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT ITEM EITHER AS IS MARKED.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

I ordered these trousers on 26th March.
They are marked as having been deluvered on 9th April. I have not received this item.
Now I want the money Wish has taken from my bank card for the first item, which I did not order, refunded to my bank card.
The second item, which I did not receive, I want either my money refunded or you can resend the item to me.
Now I have put down here, for Wish, very plainly so there can be no misunderstanding, my issues with Wish. Please fix my problems.
I have also contacted complain.biz with the problem that I’m having with Wish.

Suggested solution:

In the first instance they should refund the money they have taken without my knowledge.
In the second instance they should either refund my money or resend me the item.
