My complaint:
1. Ordered a couple of 2XL jogging suits. When finally arrived, sweat tops are more like M at best
2. Ordered my normal shoe size for pair of sneakers. I can’t even get my foot into them
3. Supposed fancy harness for s dog with Service Dog on side. Got smallest size. Still way too big, and Service Dog is a patch velcro’d to the side.
4. Been trying over and over and over to get some kind of reasons fr Wish, but always asks which of these items from your account do you want to return? Problem is, that info is from FIVE YEARS Ago. Repeated email asking to update or tell me what’s going on met with silence.
Suggested solution:
Take all this crap back and refund my money! Fix my account so I can find all these recent orders!! Respond to customer inquiries!!! INCLUDE PACKING SLIPS TO MAKE RETURNS SEAMLESS, SINCE EVERYTHING ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE!!!!
I have been trying to return this stuff - just haven't been able to find out how with no online record of my purchases! Maybe this will be the step that'll help.
