My complaint:
I was looking for dish racks in Wallapop and as usual it appeared plenty of ads from Wish. I saw a dish rack which apparently the price was 20€ but when I placed the order he price was much more expensive and I also had to pay courier expenses. I didn’t realised cause the information on my phone was not very clear. Finally I paid a lot more money than I expected. I received them and I wanted to return them. You said that customers have the chance to return items even if they just change your mind. I got in contact with you to return items, I received a couple of emails explaining the process to follow to return the parcels but no one came to pick them up, and every time I try to contact you guys was not possible.
Suggested solution:
PLEASE ANSER TO THIS MESSAGE, MAKE SURE SOMEONE COME TO MY HOUSE TO PICK THEM UP AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK
