My complaint:
On the 26th may 2020 me and my wife ordered some items. One was a cat gps. A big clock for the kitchen. And two cat collars. We paid £70 for them. On that day we ordered them. it went through but it was at our old address 8 sissinghurst close Bromley London Br14sn. We see and we called ur customer Support and tell them what had happened and the lady says it well be ok she has changed the address to our new one 121 dunfield rd Catford London SE6 3rd. So we says thank you to her and we waited. In June we got an txt saying ur item the cat GPS has bing delivered to 8 sissinghurst close Bromley London br1 4sn. We was so pissed me my self went to the address and the person that is there says she had send it back. So now I have got no items that I have paid for at all and very upset.
