My complaint:
I placed an order for ear buds. I received an email saying they had been delivered but I didn’t receive them. I discovered they had been shipped to an address in Rusdi ( I live in Hawaii). I’ve received several refunds due to other items that were not available or that I never received but the Wish Case has never been made available to me.
Suggested solution:
For one refund my money but all of this could be resolved fastereasier if you could contact a person for assistance. The prepared questions are worthless.
