My complaint:

Nov 14,2020 To whom it may concern, I have a complaint with wish. I am on a fixed income due to multiple sclerosis and fibromyalsia so I am disabled. I have spent alot of money on christmas gifts and I am either not getting them, or their sending me the wrong items. I had ordered a hood blanket and they took my money, and did not send it, and now it is out of stock. I told them I wanted a refund and did not get it. I ordered a pink LARGE jacket for my dog and they sent me one for a very small dog. How can I use that? I now have to go to stores to find the items I need for christmas and with my low immune system I should not be outside my home, thats why I used wish.

Suggested solution:

They need to send me all the items I ordered or refund all my money. They also sent a box to my old address in florida, they now have it when they have my new address on file. 1007 W. Crocus Dr Radcliff, Kentucky 40160 I spent alot of money with this company they have no right to keep my money and either send me the wrong item or I got no item at all.
