My complaint:
There is an order that was submitted and emailed saying noone authorized this order tried canceling it less than a couple hours. They informed me the order was inprocess even though it was Sunday. Tried calling no reply and they don’t take complaints over phone. On top of that I tried do it by there online automatic reply line which is a computer asking questions and giving same reply. So since they wouldn’t answer me before receiving package I refused the package to UPS. I have the proof of the details and the fraud they are doing.
Suggested solution:
I would like my refund of $222.00 for that Item that they received and then if you look at there return in progress they received item back September 4th,2020 and we are now in November still no refund. Now all off a sudden I try to reply asking for my refund and there questions are nothing about refund and then on September 2, 2020 they put cutomer ed delivery they lied. I did not anything. I have alot of images but it won't take them all.
I have a similar problem, I’m going to press charges tomorrow!
