My complaint:
I ordered from wish weeks ago and last week we received only half of the order. I contacted wish immediately and days later they responded to say they will refund the part of the order i didnt received. I replied immediately to say i dont want a refund I just want the items sent. I havent not heard back and have not received the refund.
Suggested solution:
They should not be able to sell products they do not have in stock and then customers should be given the option if they want a refund or not. Their wesbite and support is terrible there is not one contact number to call and the support chat is automated replies so you can not type your own reply.
