My complaint:
I have 2 items that I ordered in April that I still have not received. And now I can’t even track them. The last update I had was that they would be here by August 3rd. It is a pair of men’s shoes and an ear cleaning kit.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have the items that I ordered.
I have items that has not been shipped
I can’t view order history , or items in cart, some items were shipped to store items which are due today August 24
I have not received bar scan code
I reached out to customer support over forty times I get the runaround , There is. I get emails and texts for new stuff
But I cannot access my items already ordered.
