My complaint:

1 hour ago I placed an order for a total of 7.00$. At check out I was charged 246.00$ FOR Items I did not order. I was then asked to cancel the order item by item. I was informed that that my account would be refunded in 14 days. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford this amount. I am hoping you can help before I seek other options.
Doesn’t help to have customer support number that does not operate
