My complaint:
We bought several items from wish in April, we are now coming up to the start of June, the dates keep getting pushed back, expected in the current climate.
Customer service is an automated response with very limited answers, and upon requesting a refund on the items, you get a response of, no u can’t, until you have received the goods and sent them back.
Well, if u never receive the items, how can u send the back to get a refund.
Shocking behaviour.
