My complaint:
I as a new customer to wish I purchased several items that I like I put and order in but did not receive anything I would check the status to see if delivered UPS delivered it to the wrong address I called UPS I gave them my information they said the tracking number is right but my address doesn’t match so I’m very disappointed frustrated with calling several time to customer services and NO ONE! Is helping me I also checked my profile on wish and it has the right address so i don’t know why this is happening I already spent 1,200 on purchases I made but not coming to me someone else is .
Suggested solution:
Drive and make sure the tracking also matches because if this happened to you I think you would understand so please please resolve this issues ASAP
