My complaint:
I ordered 3 items before Xmas they are a combined shipment even though I’ve finally been given a refund I have no idea if items will still be delivered as I’m eligible for full refund and items to arrive I cannot find out through wish app and I try and all that is response from automatic saying resolved my items been at wish facilities 6 weeks no info and order not closed
Suggested solution:
Correspond or information regarding late or no items arriving
