My complaint:

Wish said that items I ordered have been delivered while in fact they have not been delivered. After many attempts to complaint by email to which Wish never replied, at last I received a message on my account Wish site that they would refund the postage which would take up to 14 days and re-send one of the missing items Order : 5f670716f5f1570d84625f82   Reloj Hombre Luxury Men Watches Waterproof Calendar Watch, and that I should contact them again if I will not receive the item by 1st December 2020. However the site with messages is so unclear and convoluted and with no proper record of anything that I have no idea whether Wish is going to do anything about the other missing items .

My advice to others is: Do not buy anything from Wish until they have a proper complaint procedure and communicate with their clients by email. I will definitely not buy anything more from Wish and if I will not receive the items I ordered, or a full refund I am going to take my complaint further.

Suggested solution:

Wish should send me an email explaining what action they have taken to address my complaints regarding all the missing items. The messages on their website are unclear and do not cover all the missing items.

The same procedure should apply to items that are not good quality. For example I received from Wish face shields that in their ads were transparent but those that arrived are not transparent. Having wasted already so much time trying to complaint about missing items I do not feel like wasting even more time on the bad quality items and so until Wish implements new complaint procedure that would allow to communicate by email and have a record of everything I am definitely not going to buy anything else from them.
