My complaint:
i biught mask on march and ordered them to be sent to philippines and they still havent arrirrived and also i ordered things for myself and nothing has arrived yet they say 2 months estimated time bug when i bought they said for home uk 8 to 10ndays for the phillippines they said 4 weeks now that 4 weeks is now10 weeks
Suggested solution:
if they cant deliver on time i should be compensated
