My complaint:

I supposedly ordered a number of items from wish I disputed this immediately that I got the email and told them I only ordered 1 item I told them to cancel all the other items but they continued with the sake and charged me £112 pounds these items were supposedly delivered on the 16th of December 2020 only one of these items I believe was delivered and it was left in an insecure place where it was stolen by persons unknown I have photo evidence of this and I can also prove I was working at the time of delivery the other items no photo evidence was sent to me by Hermes that delivery had taken place I have asked them repeatedly to refund the money but nothing has been resolved I would like to see an end to this and monies returned
